新零售与商业模式的深度融合,已成为推动城市商业生态升级的关键支撑。

在商业进化图谱中,品牌构建正经历从模糊试水到精准施策的蜕变。其系统化架构通过空间的场景设计创新,不断实现持久的商业效益。

在HIGH BEAUTY PRO(简称HBP)美嗨了线下首店项目中,设计团队在业态复合和整体美学呈现方面,为品牌打造了属于自己的独特定位----

 

“像皮肤一样细腻清透,

有温柔质感的HBP空间”

 

HIGH BEAUTY PRO(简称HBP)由北京美嗨了科技有限公司创立,是以科学定制为核心的高端美业新零售品牌。HBP通过科学检测及专业理论找到“皮肤美学”切入点,希望打破品牌/产品界限,提供皮肤美学的整体解决方案。

HBP线下首店坐落在北京五棵松万达广场。作为北京城市更新标杆项目,五棵松万达广场定位为艺术与科技融合的“超感艺术新高地”,力图打造都市社交的新中心。品牌希望在这个更新场中,呈现HBP首店作为广场5楼核心业态的独特性。

设计团队在深入理解品牌核心和产品的基础上,打破了传统美业空间的边界感,在近600平米的复合空间里,以美容服务为核心,咖啡社交为纽带,产品展示为延伸,打造了“一站式变美体验”。顾客在美容护理→休憩品咖→产品探索的沉浸式闭环流线中,延长停留时间,并提升消费转化。在视觉输出和触感方面,整体氛围也是直给而精准的:像皮肤一样细腻清透,有温柔质感的HBP空间。

长达38.5米的水平长向门面入口,包括五跨柱距——两侧是LED屏幕,输出相关的品牌可变视觉内容画面;中间三跨柱距并置了休息,展示,咖啡三个主场景。每跨柱距均用倒圆角方式构成一个个取景框,形成了一帧帧的流动画面。五跨柱距和平面布局,曲线产生的融合和温柔感受。

放大的“取景框”画面,分别是休息区和咖啡区。空间形式流动柔和,细致的发光线在其中流淌和引导,暗示空间的融合和无界。长达38.5米的水平长向门面入口。内部是流动和有纵深的多场景展开,自然而然的漫游和探索路线。

产品展示区 --- 聚焦和甄选的陈列场景

HBP与瑞士法儿曼等全球顶级护肤品牌深度合作,筛选适合亚洲肌肤的高效产品。我们希望能体现出被甄选产品的品质感,用天然的肌理大理石和支架灯盘组合成一个中岛展示台,斜放在白色清透的空间中,也引导了人流进入的方向。

侧面的展示柜上部有条状LED窄屏,输出产品信息和氛围画面,下部金属层板可陈列不同的产品系列。

展示台的功能性需求都内嵌在大理石体块之中,寻求视觉上的纯粹与简练。灯盘悬空在台面之上,漫反射光线下的柔和稳定展示场景。

 

美嗨了 咖啡空间/休息空间/美容区

咖啡区采用开放式布局促进社交,开业后大众点评网打出高分,也吸引了不少专门来拔草的人群。

房间里有顾客时,门牌标识会发光,细节处见品质。

标识导视的艺术性延展成为环境图形,成为空间中的生动聚焦点。

房间内的私密和宁静感氛围,灯光设计的精准控光。

HBP线下首店项目,通过空间、标识与照明团队的跨专业系统化协作,构建起三维品牌触点矩阵,实现了品牌资产化表达的范式升级——空间叙事与视觉输出的共振效应,正在重构消费场域的品牌感知力。

在商业空间设计的未来图谱中,业态深度融合与全链设计协作的共创,将催生空间效能的价值跃迁。这种从空间运营到体验设计的认知升维,正在重新定义商业生态的底层交互逻辑。

 

Design Notes

The deep integration of new retail with business models has become a key support for promoting the upgrade of urban commercial ecosystems.

In the commercial evolution map, brand building is undergoing a transformation from vague trial-and-error to precise strategy implementation. Its systematic structure continuously achieves lasting commercial benefits through innovative scene design in space.

In the HIGH BEAUTY PRO (referred to as HBP) offline first store project, the design team has created a unique positioning for the brand in terms of business format integration and overall aesthetic presentation.

 

The HBP space,

delicate and translucent like skin, with a gentle texture.

HIGH BEAUTY PRO (referred to as HBP) was founded by Beijing Mei Hai Le Technology Co., Ltd. It is a high-end beauty industry new retail brand centered on scientific customization. HBP identifies the entry point for "skin aesthetics" through scientific testing and professional theories, aiming to break the boundaries of brands and products to provide an overall solution for skin aesthetics.

The first offline store of HBP is located in Wukesong Wanda Plaza, Beijing. As a benchmark project for Beijing's urban renewal, Wukesong Wanda Plaza is positioned as a "hyper-sensory art hub" that integrates art and technology, striving to create a new center for urban social interaction. The brand hopes to present the uniqueness of HBP's first store as a core business format on the 5th floor of the plaza in this updated venue.

Based on a deep understanding of the brand's core and products, the design team broke the boundaries of traditional beauty industry spaces. In the nearly 600 square meter multi-functional space, with beauty services as the core, coffee social interaction as the link, and product display as the extension, they created a "one-stop beauty experience." Customers prolong their stay and increase consumption conversion through the immersive closed-loop flow line of beauty care → resting and coffee tasting → product exploration. In terms of visual output and tactile sensation, the overall atmosphere is direct and precise: The HBP space, delicate and translucent like skin, with a gentle texture.

A horizontal facade entrance spanning 38.5 meters in length, including five column spans —— the two sides are LED screens, displaying variable visual content related to the brand; the middle three column spans are arranged with three main scenes: resting, display, and coffee. Each column span is designed with rounded corners, creating a series of framing views, forming a sequence of flowing pictures.

The magnified "viewfinder frame" scenes correspond to the rest and coffee areas. The spatial form is flowing and soft, with delicate light lines flowing and guiding, hinting at the integration and boundlessness of the space.

The five column spans and the plan layout create a sense of integration and softness brought about by the curves. A horizontal facade entrance that stretches 38.5 meters in length. The interior features a flowing and deep multi-scene layout, providing a natural wandering and exploration route.

 

Product Display Area --- A Focused and Curated Display Scene

HBP has deeply cooperated with top global skincare brands, Switzerland's Valmont, carefully selecting efficient products only for Asian skin. We hope to reflect the quality of the selected products. A central display table composed of natural marble with a textured finish and bracket light discs is placed diagonally in the white and clear space, also guiding the direction of people flow.

On the side display cabinets, there are strip-shaped LED narrow screens on the upper part, outputting product information and ambient pictures, and the lower part with metal shelves can display different product series.

The functional requirements of the display table are all embedded within the marble blocks, seeking visual purity and conciseness. The light discs are suspended above the tabletop, creating a soft and stable display scene under diffused light.

The signage emerges visually, directly addressing the brand's strength.

 

HBP CAFÉ/REST AREA/BEAUTY AREA

The coffee area adopts an open layout to promote social interaction. After its opening, it has received high scores on Dianping, a popular review platform, and has also attracted many people who come specifically to try it out.

When there are customers in the room, the doorplate sign will light up, showing quality in the details.

The artistry of the signage extends to become environmental graphics, becoming a vivid focal point in the space.

The atmosphere of privacy and tranquility in the room is achieved through precise lighting design.

 

The HBP offline first store has achieved a paradigm upgrade in brand asset expression through the cross-professional collaboration of space, signage, and lighting teams. The spatial narrative and visual output is recomposing the brand perception in the consumer space. In the future blueprint of commercial space design, the deep integration of business formats and the co-creation of full - chain design collaboration will give birth to a value leap in spatial efficiency. This cognitive upgrade from space operation to experience design is redefining the underlying interaction logic of the commercial ecosystem.
